RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting the cook in assembling and dishing out of meals during meal service
- Assisting in receiving and sorting of foodstuffs for stock rotation or storage
- Assisting in delivering food/items to Resident Living Areas (RLA)/Dining Rooms
- Able to work on weekends and on shifts
- Able to accept physical hard work such as pushing and carrying items

Working Hours
Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows:
- 6-day work-week according to roster
- Group 1 - 7.00 am to 3.00 pm
- Group 2 - 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
- Group 3 - 10.30 am to 6.30 pm
