ABOUT THE ROLE
As the User Acquisition Manager for Elfie, you will be joining our brand-new Growth Hacking department, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive mobile application media strategies that drive exceptional business results for Elfie. You will leverage your deep expertise in mobile application digital media planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to lead the planning function and mentor junior team members.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead the development of data-driven media plans that align with Elfie's user acquisition and retention goals.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations and strategic recommendations
- Oversee the execution of media campaigns, continuously monitoring performance and implementing optimization strategies
- Collaborate with the Media Buyers to ensure seamless integration of media planning and buying activities
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior Media Planners, sharing knowledge and best practices
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 3+ years of experience in digital media planning for mobile applications, with a strong track record of driving successful campaigns
- Full written and spoken fluency in English
- Proven expertise in leveraging data and analytics to inform media strategies and optimize performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project management and team development
