As a Facilities Maintenance System Specialist at Micron Technology within the Global Facilities Department, you will play a key role are responsible for supporting the facilities teams at the front and back end manufacturing sites within your assigned region. In this role you will be responsible for governance, training, management of change, reporting, and maintenance of the FMS in collaboration with your counterpart(s) in other regions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the site coordinators and site teams within your assigned region
- Ensuring sites are compliant with the Global Facilities guidelines for the FMS structure and execution
- Receiving requests for modifications/changes and ensuring they are properly reviewed for approval
- Provide ongoing training support to the site coordinators and site teams
- Development of Global Process Standards to be used as governance for each site
- Manage system data integrity
- Develop reports as required to provide the organization with the tools to make informed decisions
Education:
- BS in Engineering, BS in Information Technology
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in Project/Program Management
- Minimum 2 years in Operation and Maintenance for a Facilities Organization
- Minimum 1-year experience administrative support of a Facilities Maintenance System (Maximo or SAP)
Required Qualification:
- Understands and knows how to operate within an Enterprise Asset Management System
- Able to use Microsoft application suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to speak and write in multiple languages (Preferably English and Mandarin or Japanese)
Desired Qualifications
- SAP Superuser level of experience

- Project Management Professional (PMP)
