We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Assistant to join our team.
As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, maintaining medical records, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Assist with patient inquiries and provide information about services
- Maintain and update patient records in our medical software
- Support medical staff with administrative tasks
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean and welcoming
Requirements:
- Min O-Level, N-Level or Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field
- Proficiency in English and basic understanding of Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in Insurance's portal claims submission and Clinic management system usage is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
