JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients, while actively seeking new business opportunities in Singapore.
- Conduct on-site visits to customer workplaces/offices.
- Address sales inquiries and provide comprehensive after-sales support.
- Analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, product technical specifications, reports, invoices, forecasts, and other required documentation.
- Participate in site inspections and handle site-related matters.
- Assist in monitoring customer payments.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance to customers when necessary.
- Provide effective solutions for current and prospective projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Proficiency in drafting and the ability to interpret air conditioning site view pictures. Familiarity with air conditioning equipment
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Minimum Diploma (Singapore) in Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- 6 years or more of relevant experience.
