Job Description
- Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements on time, following procedures and tax rules.
- Resolve invoice issues and send vendor reminders.
- Coordinate with vendors for prompt invoice processing, including DDA.
- Accrue unprocessed items at month-end for closing.
- Prepare and post journals for adjustments and recurring transactions.
- Train junior staff and assist with their issues.
- Handle additional tasks as needed.
Requirement
- Diploma in Accountancy
- Prior experience in Payroll ( Govt Board / Healthcare Public Sector )
