Role Summary:
As the Head Bartender, you will be the heartbeat of Parliament Bar, leading by example with your passion for mixology and your love for people. You'll be responsible for creating unforgettable drinks, delivering outstanding service, and mentoring our bar team to ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bartending Excellence: Prepare and serve a variety of creative cocktails, wines, and spirits with flair and precision, ensuring top-notch quality and presentation.
- Guest Engagement: Create a lively and welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests, sharing your expertise, and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire the bar staff, fostering a collaborative and positive environment. Assist with training new team members and sharing your knowledge.
- Menu Innovation: Collaborate with the bar team to develop and update our cocktail menu, incorporating new trends and creative ideas.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient stock control.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
