Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in drafting, formulating, revising, and improving the company's strategic planning and daily operational systems, business processes, and enhancing the operational management system.
- Responsible for the company's operational management, setting operational goals and plans, organizing, planning, supervising, and promoting the implementation of various company plans to ensure the achievement of operational objectives.
- Provide data and special research support for major decision-making matters.
- Coordinate cooperation among various departments within the company to promote team collaboration and communication.
- Coordinate and develop external relationships.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 8 years of management experience in the same industry.
- Familiar with the photovoltaic industry, with strong market analysis capabilities, and able to provide reasonable decision support based on market conditions.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- High commercial sensitivity and innovation awareness, capable of improving company operations and identifying growth opportunities.
- High professional ethics.
