Duration: Immediate till 14 October 2024
Responsibilities
- Process refund and adjustment (e.g. print screens, capture data into excel templates, draft replies, assigning of appeals and data entry of case details)
- Perform checks for payment forms which include retrieval and filling of documents
- Assist in UAT testing and other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- A-levels / Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
