Job Scope:
You will be part of the Engagement Branch to oversee Harmony Circle’s participation in Chingay 2025 and
coordination for the Racial and Religious Harmony Month in 2025.
The incumbent must:
• establish and maintain processes for managing project scope and timeline;
• develop partnerships with third-party stakeholders and vendors;
• monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximise deliverables;
• report project outcomes and escalate issues as necessary according to project work plan;
• possess experience in project management and familiar with Government-community project
collaborations.
Working Arrangement:
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday (8.30 am - 6.00 pm), Friday (8.30 am - 5.30)
*May be required to work in evenings, weekends and/or outside office hours*
Location: Clarke Quay
Contract Duration: 3 Months (able to extend up to a year, subjected to good performance review)
Salary: Monthly Rated
