Job Responsibilities: As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our establishments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading day-to-day restaurant service operations.
- Motivating and supervising service staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Collaborating with the management team to uphold high service standards.
- Addressing guest inquiries, managing feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Optimizing table turnover and reservation systems for efficient service.
- Monitoring inventory and coordinating with the kitchen for timely food service.
- Training and developing service staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the service industry.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Warm and hospitable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
