Our client is an industry leader in the FMCG sector, currently hiring a hands-on and motivated FP&A talent from FMCG / Retail industry to join the team.
** The successful candidate must have experience in managing high volume data, working in a fast-paced environment and has strong Excel skills. The company is undergoing transformation, hence will need to be comfortable and patient with changes, ad-hoc requests, and has the ability to navigate across systems.
Requirements
- >5 years of FP&A experience, solid Excel and analytical skills
- Business partnering experience in the FMCG / Retail industry required
- Hands-on, savvy with systems and has an ability to handle high volume data (able to handle large number of SKUs and thrives in a fast-paced environment)
- Traits: Independent, curious and wants to fix things, comfortable in managing ad-hoc requests, patient with changes, flexible and confident in partnering stakeholders across different functions
Budget
S$6,500 – S$8,000 per month + Bonus
Job Scope
As the Assistant FP&A Manager, you will be responsible in driving timely and insightful analysis, analyzing data and identifying opportunities to optimize the value chain, as well as interacting and directly driving finance agenda in partnership with senior leaders and cross functional stakeholders. You will manage reporting, annual budgeting, forecasting, support annual pricing review exercise, drive performance management process, propose areas for spend optimization, and deliver financial objectives. You will be responsible for scenario planning, support in identifying risks and opportunities, partner sales team in optimizing sales mix and pricing, collaborate with supply chain to evaluate & identify COGS reduction opportunities, as well as provide detailed data and financial insights to drive business performance and commercial decision making.
