Responsibilities: -
· Certified ACCA
· Responsible for Accounts Payable & Account Receivable
· Manage and monitor supplier invoices, including follow up dispute with internal team and suppliers
· Maintain AP ageing, checking SOA with invoices and arranging payment when due.
· Data entry and invoice processing including credit control and collections
· Ensure timely recording of creditors invoices and payment transactions
· Follow on payment status and prepare statements of accounts to vendors & customers
· Handle banks reconciliation and other bank-related matters
· Assist in statutory audit & corporate tax
· Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations
· Oversee suppliers’ invoices and update accounting entries.
· Oversee payments & Suppliers Statement of Accounts.
· Oversee billings and SOA for customers.
· Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements: -
- Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Preferred 2 years of experience in similar field
- Able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Immediate availability or able to start work at short notice preferred
- 5 days work
- Location: Tuas South
- Preference Languages: English / Mandarin
- PR/Singaporean (only)
