Job Description
• Assist with business development, sales, and marketing activities, including responding to tenders and RFPs.
• Build communicative and open relationships to analyze customer logistics service needs.
• Identify appropriate solutions to address customer queries based on sales or customer management knowledge.
• Develop co-created solutions with customers to enhance offerings and competitiveness.
• Conduct R&D for innovative logistics solutions that cater to customer needs.
• Design and develop innovative solutions, create prototypes and proof of concepts, test completed systems, and prepare relevant documentation.
• Present product designs to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate on supply chain procedures, including inventory management, warehousing, automation, systems integration, and distribution.
• Manage stakeholders to ensure the completion of requirements and activities.
• Provide technical support to customers after the delivery of services.
• Optimize the use of allocated resources within business activities.
• Stay updated on new technological advancements in the industry.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional qualifications)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Supply Chain Management and Business Development, with experience in responding to tenders and solutioning, or a related field such as Healthcare Administration
• Preferred candidates have experience with AI or have previously worked on AI projects.
