Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
· Develop and implement innovative strategies for acquiring new members and retaining existing ones.
· Work on marketing campaigns to promote membership benefits and drive engagement.
· Conceptualise and coordinate all aspects of events logistics, including venue booking, F&B, communications, entertainment, etc.
· Manage event budget and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and smooth running of events.
· Prepare event pitch decks, budget, production of all necessary collaterals and products, including event post-mortem analysis.
· Handle logistical tasks such as preparing agendas and writing minutes.
· Collaborate with the workgroups chair to organize and manage meetings and events for the workgroup groups.
· Establish and maintain effective working partnerships with all relevant stakeholders and business partners
· Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks assigned by Management to support the organization’s goals.
Job Requirements
· Recognised Degree (preferably Business Management or Event Management) with minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in events management, community outreach or related field
· Goold written, communication and presentation skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders
· IT skills for website administration
· Experience in membership management and/or business management
· Possess good leadership qualities and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong organizational and time management abilities
· Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with excellent problem-solving abilities
Other Qualities
· Work with Management to adept strategy with objectives to continuously improve SOPs where necessary
· Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
· Drive team synergy and positive team spirit to ensure all team members benefit from the exposure given for handling different projects to increase their skill set
· Manage internal resources to ensure that the workload is shared evenly across the team and all conflict is dealt with in a positive manner
