As the Global Gamification Manager, you will lead the charge in enhancing user engagement and retention through exciting gamification strategies in the Elfie app. Utilize your skills in psychology, game design, and data analysis to craft immersive experiences that empower users to unlock rewards and elevate their well-being. WHAT WE OFFER
- A permanent global contract, with fiercely competitive salary
- Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 at home (exchange as needed to support personal commitments)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and continuously refine Elfie's overall mobile app gamification strategy, including the design and implementation of reward systems, challenges, and interactive features, with the aim of creating stickiness on a global basis
- Ensure that all contents (visual and copy) of rewards, challenges, and charities are all available and in top quality across all app versions and countries
- Collaborate with teams (Product, Marketing, International) to integrate gamification initiatives smoothly with the app experience and business goals
- Analyze user data to improve engagement, retention, and monetization through gamification and oversee adapting elements for diverse markets.
- Manage the sourcing and curation of low-cost, high-value rewards that appeal to Elfie's diverse user base across international markets
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Elfie’s gamification features, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve the user experience and drive business impact
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 5+ years of experience in leading strategic growth marketing efforts for mobile apps.
- Proven track record of driving sustainable user growth and engagement.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Expertise in data analysis and performance marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
