Job Description
Outsourced Finance Support for a portfolio of clients:
· Assist to process a portfolio of Singapore client’s finance.
· Ensure monthly closing accuracy, reporting requirements and deadlines of client are met.
· Assist to ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws, and other relevant legislation.
· Assist with data entry of financial records for client accounts including accounts payable and receivable.
· Generate financial reports and statements as required.
· Any other administrative support for function.
Job Requirements
· Degree in Accountancy or Professional Qualification in Accounting.
· At least 2 years of relevant working experience in full set accounts, bookkeeping, and group consolidation experience is preferred.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and Accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision and be a team player.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, committed, diligent, meticulous, resilient, self-motivated, have good initiative, possess problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment, to meet tight deadlines and have a strong sense of responsibility.
