(Hybrid) Administrative assistant - Live Streaming Sales
- Working days: 5 days, Mainly WFH / Report to the office no more than 3 times a week
- Working Hours: (Work hours may be changed subjected to live sessions e.g Last minute live session on Mondays)
- Monday to Thursday, 10am - 7pm
- Friday to Sunday, 10am – Late night (subjected to live sessions)
- Fixed Off days on Wednesday & Thursdays
Job Description:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Basic coordination work
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure proper upkeeping of documents and records
- Handle ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder or at least 1 year experience working in relevant industry
- Must be able to type efficiently on laptop (Typing speed - min. of 60 wpm)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
