As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all accounting and financial processes. You will be responsible for maintaining a full set of accounts, overseeing management accounting, conducting financial account auditing, and performing basic finance and treasury functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage a full set of accounts for the family office.
- Handle fund accounting, including analysis and reporting for real estate portfolio.
- Conduct management accounting tasks, preparing annual budgets, consolidated financial statements and regular management reports.
- Perform annual financial account auditing to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Manage basic treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial management.
- Implement and improve financial processes using MS Excel, NetSuite, and preferably Power BI or other AI applications.
- Conduct data analysis and create compelling graphical presentations and reports to support financial decisions.
Qualifications:
- Must be a qualified public accountant, trained in big-4 accounting firms.
- Preferably holds experience in Fair Value (FV) accounting and corporate accounting within a financial institution or asset management context.
- Familiarity with EDB GIS-FO option and MAS 13U tax incentive scheme is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and NetSuite is essential; familiarity with Power BI or AI ap-plications is advantageous.
- Strong skills in data analytics and graphical presentations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial matters.
