Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including traders, brokers, and clearing houses,to ensure timely and accurate trade settlement.
- Prepare clients’ daily statements and reports.
- Prepare and maintain daily margin balance sheet according to banks’ receipts,brokers’ statements and clients’ statements.
- Provide support and alert risk control staff to ensure the risk exposure isminimized.
- Adjust clients’ margin levels according to the management instructions.
- Ensure the clients’ deposit and withdraw of money are approved according to theguidelines.
- Ensure Operations processes are in compliance with regulatory requirementsand policies and guidelines.
- Perform checking of the daily settlement activities.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance/Accounting or related discipline(s).
- Minimum 5 years’ related experience in the futures industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office application including Word and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of futures products, trade lifecycle, and settlement processes.
- Familiar with international rules and regulations of the futures contracts tradeand settlement.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese to communicate withinternal and external parties.
