ROLE: ACCOUNTS AND ADMIN ASSISTANT

We are looking for a highly committed and meticulous Accounts & Admin. person to support our vibrant team in our exciting growth journey.
JOB DESCRIPTION
ACCOUNTS ROLE
- Handling of Accounts Receivables
- Handling of Accounts Payables.
- Handling of Petty Cash.
- Prepare monthly reports of AR and AP.
- Working closely with Sales & Operations Departments.
- Liaise with Suppliers and Customers.
- Assist Department Manager in accounts/finance assignments.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Maintenance of Office Equipment(s) & supplies.
- General administrative work
- Assist Department Manager in admin related assignments.
- Ensures the highest degree of efficiency is maintained at all times.
- Other duties as assigned by Management
QUALIFICATIONS
Very meticulous and responsible.
Diploma with 2 years working experience in an office setting.
Very proficient with excel.
Articulate in English and Mandarin
Self motivated
Has strong sense of initiative
