Responsibilities:
- Publications or Communications Management
- Co-ordinate, liaise and curate content with owners, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders for communications artefacts production (for e.g., newsletters, electronics direct mailers, invitations, etc).
- Disseminate advisories and other communication materials.
- Maintain and report on communications track sheet, budget utilisation and distribution list updates.
- Programme/project communication and engagement management.
- Events Management
- Source and facilitate with procurement of services for communication & engagements related tasks and deliverables, as required.
- Event planning and management.
- Booking and sourcing of event venues.
- Query Portal and Web Pages Management
- Manage secretariat mailboxes – for e.g., creation and archival.
- Query Management Portal.
- Manage and administer survey tool.
- Programme/project secretariat function.
- Intranet Portal Management:
- Uploading and posting on intranet portals, platforms, and websites – including design, layout, copywriting and creation of pages/sites.
- Collate, adapt and repurpose intranet content for diverse audiences and varying requirements – e.g., technical to non-technical, factsheet content to blog posts.
- Manage intranet content updates and refreshes as and when required.
- Respond to user comments and queries in a timely and appropriate manner in consultation with the project team(s). Monitor and moderate forum content for inappropriate content, in line with terms of use.
- Monitor, maintain and ensure the functionality and usability of the intranet portals/platforms/websites.
- Manage access rights and permissions for the intranet portals/platforms/websites.
- Propose and manage enhancements to intranet portals/platforms/websites to improve functionality and usability.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma with at least five years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience as a communications or community manager would be advantageous.
- Background in and knowledge of Computer or Information Technology related disciplines would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of media and digital production (e.g. adapting and resizing graphics, simple infographic creation) would be useful.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English, with demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to operate and administer web content management systems, e.g. SharePoint, Online, WordPress would be useful.
- Working knowledge of relevant coding languages (JavaScript, HTML) would be useful, but not a pre-requisite.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Design Suite of products would be advantageous.
- Working proficiency in MS Office products.
