AVP/VP, Identity and Access Management, COO Office(15928)

Chief Operating Officer (COO) Office
The COO Office supports our COO to streamline operations and align them with strategic goals. You will work with the COO, Heads of Departments, and stakeholders across GIC to achieve operational excellence.

Cyber Security, Information & Technology Risk Management
You will be a part of an independent risk management function to protect the firm’s information technology assets, including business data, from external threats and operational risks, and to facilitate the firm’s digitalisation journey in a secure manner.

What will you do as a AVP/VP, Identity and Access Management?

The IAM Specialist drives governance controls, reporting, monitoring, and processes around identity lifecycle management, access management and access recertification.

  • Collaborate on and monitor the activities of a variety of IAM-related projects and initiatives
  • Document and communicate IAM services, capabilities, policies and procedures to key IAM stakeholders
  • Attend to IAM related queries from relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate and lead internal and external IT audits on IAM related areas
  • Design, manage and improve lifecycle management processes of enterprise identities
  • Manage access provisioning/de-provisioning and review due to staff movements
  • Perform review of access roles based on IAM framework and standards as part of IT risk assessment for IT asset and projects
  • Track and manage Segregation of Duties and other IAM compliance related activities
  • Identify process automation opportunities to support IAM innovation
  • Respond to IAM related security incidents

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in other related field of study
  • Minimum 5 years of Cyber Security experience with at least 3 years in Identity and Access Management
  • CISSP, CIAM or similar professional certifications will be advantageous
  • Must understand or have knowledge of “Least Privileged” access management methodology
  • Knowledge and exposure in the following areas are essential:Microsoft Active Directory, database and UNIX
    Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
    Privileged access management
  • Ability to develop SQL scripts to retrieve data for BAU work
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and executive audiences, both oral and written is required
  • Experience in financial services industry is preferred
