Job Responsibilities
- To facilitate the implementation of new market products/projects and initiatives, including putting up the policies/procedures and maintenance of Operations Procedure Manuals.
- Perform reporting to Management, Head Office and MAS
- Prepare Swift message and management of Swift system
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Business
- At least 10 years of working experience in International banks across for wholesale loan and various treasury product
- Experience required in fund finance, structured finance, or corporate finance, SBLC/ LC, all corporate loan products
- Preferably with knowledge in Treasury products such as FX/Money Market, Bond and Derivatives
- Knowledge and experience in Operations functions/processes
- Knowledge and experience in Swift System
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Pleasant personality, meticulous, good team player with a positive attitude in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Able to multitask, demonstrates the ability to quickly pick up new topics and grasp key issues
- Problem solver and takes ownership of assigned tasks and can manage tasks/project independently to final delivery
- Possess good communication skills to engage stakeholders across different functions, escalate issues in a timely manner to management for direction and resolution
- Proactive and highly motivated individual who is passionate about adding value to a new business/initiatives
