Duties and responsibilities:
Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Able to work alone and handle heavy and bulky goods 25kg-50kg. (ie rice, frozen meat, and seafood)
Loading and unloading of goods for delivery
Able to cut fresh seafood and frozen meat
Able to work long hours.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
Be punctual at all times.
Ad hoc task instructed by superior
