Job Description
- Looking for an Admin Assistant who is meticulous with handing tasks
- Able to handle and follow up issues regarding deliveries, administrative, general work related (A good problem solver)
- Able to handle straightforward admin duties with Microsoft Excel, Word
- Willing to learn and handle the wide variety of products offered by the company
- Able to liaise and assist with request from customers & business partners
Job Scope
- Issue & amend delivery order invoices (Able to be fast & accurate when amending invoices for delivery drivers)
- Assist with queries and problems with delivery (missing goods, liasing, CCTV checking, etc)
- Handle customer orders/request
- Handle general phone enquiry
- Lias with companies via email, text and phone call
- General filing work
- Data Entry Logging
- Able to handle Adhoc duties when assigned
- Assist with light goods picking/packing for online orders
- Office housekeeping
Job Requirements
- Able to speak and read English and Mandarin to handle queries from English and Mandarin speaking associates
Skills Required: Microsoft Excel, Word
Working Hours
Mon - Fri: 8am - 5.20pm
Sat: 8am - 12pm (Alternate)
