This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high performing US listed Retail Group. Due to business expansion, there is now a newly created Finance Business Partner role to be part of the global supply chain finance team.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director and working in a team, you will be analyzing historical data, identifying business performance drivers and value driving insights for margin optimization opportunities. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to set operational and financial parameters to capture these values and proactively address queries from key stakeholders on analytics. It is essential to influence, drive and facilitate cross-functional collaboration for key stakeholders to drive margin optimization parameters and create/refine best-practice reports and dashboards (using Tableau, Power BI) based on data mining, analysis and visualization. Other key responsibilities include evaluating current organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for data sets used within the team and helping the business stakeholders to automate their processes You will also evaluate internal systems for efficiency and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing and cleaning of data. There will also be collaboration with internal stakeholders on various projects and sales programs.
Your Profile
To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Business or Finance with minimally 8 years of relevant FP&A experience ideally in costing and/or supply chain finance. It is essential to be proficient in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills such as Macros. It is a highly cross functional role; hence it is essential to have proven track record in building successful relationship with cross functional partners, leading end to end cross functional projects. We are looking for a self-starter who is humble, is passionate about continuous improvement and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
