We are looking for Chef de Partie (Japanese Cuisine) to join our team!
As the Chef de Partie (Japanese Cuisine), we rely on you to:
- Supervise and control the work/standard recipe
- Assist with overseeing the daily operation of the Japanese Section
- Maintain the quality of the food provided
- Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
- Support the Chef De Cuisine on daily operations
- Maintain hygiene standard
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for Culinary
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Must have experience working in either a restaurant with Japanese cuisine experience
- A self-starter and a team player
- Committed to serving food of the highest quality
- Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
- Willing to work shifts
