Job Description
- To handle full set of monthly accounts including preparation of General Ledger, AP, Balance sheet, P&L, Bank Reconciliation and audit schedules
- Monitor cash flow
- Able to provide supervision and guidance to junior staff on daily operations
- Perform quarterly and yearly tax submissions including GST and estimated tax computations
- Manage intercompany transactions and ensure intercompany balances tally across the books
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and guidance
- Manage tax, audit, corporate secretarial or external regulatory matters and liaise with external parties as required
- Take on lead roles in ad-hoc projects and activities assigned
Requirements:
- SPM/LCCI/ Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accountancy/ACCA/CPA
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role of Senior Finance Executive
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Agility to change, mature, independent, hands-on, able to work under stress and have a strong sense of responsibility
