- This is a hybrid role. We are looking for an Accounts Admin to support with accounting, payroll and admin function.
- Location: Buona Vista OR Jurong East
- Days: 5 days, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
- Hybrid Work Arrangement & Unlimited Annual Leaves after performance stability
- Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Handle Full Set Accounts including accounts payable, receivables, general ledger and bookkeeping.
- Prepare payment requests and SOA for customers, follow up with customers on outstanding payments
- Plan, coordinate and handle end-to-end payroll processes to ensure that payroll cycles, posting, and costing are processed timely.
- Support administrative function
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
- No Experience Needed, Training is Provided
