JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyse market data to develop strategies for market entry, product development and business expansion.
Sales and Business Development
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business with local and overseas clients.
- Participate in sales pitches, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strategic Planning
- Contribute to the development of business plans, including setting goals, defining target markets, and identifying resources required.
- Assist in the formulation of strategic initiatives aimed at achieving business growth.
Project Management
- Manage and coordinate business development projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the defined KPI.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to business development activities.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, finance, and sales team to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development lans.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any discipline with at least one year of relevant work experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
