JOB DESCRIPTION
An established investment company within property industry is looking for a Finance Manager to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for monthly closing, preparing journal entries schedule, prepare intercompany balances, perform intercompany checks and reconciliations, bank reconciliations, preparing Trial Balance, preparing and reviewing financial statement for entities, and liaisng with auditors and tax agents.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Previous experience in auditing is a must have
- Experience with property/REIT industry is an advantage
- Having experience with SAP/JDE/Hyperion is good to have
