We are a reputable and award-winning law firm located in the CBD area seeking qualified individuals to join our Finance Team as Accounts Assistant.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle invoice verification and payment processing;
- Posting of daily AR transactions;
- Generate monthly reports including statement of accounts;
- Handle monthly payroll & CPF transactions using Easypay software;
- General accounting and administrative duties;
- Assist in year-end audit; and
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications;
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Those with relevant working experience in a Legal Firm an added advantage;
- Proficient in MS Office and with good Excel skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Meticulous, independent and a team player; and
- Able to commence work immediately is a plus.
