Job Description:
- Develop solutions based on agreed business requirements while considering all factors such as performance, scalability, data security, operational effectiveness, cost and time to market.
- Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews.
- Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components), integrations with back-office systems and data migration.
- Work with Architect/Technical Lead to prepare solution concepts.
- Assist the Product Owner/Analyst in defining requirements.Participate in and support system-related activities to ensure seamless integration and functionality within the telecommunications domain.
Requirements:
- Telecommunications industry experience is highly preferred.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce API and Experience Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce Development(both declarative and programmatic). - Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Designing and documenting business processes with Jira/Confluence
