Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis for the Group, providing effective analysis of monthly Group results (P&L & Balance Sheet) against budget and previous year, including reporting on business performance metrics.
You will monitor and analyse current and past trends in financial performance at Group and asset level and key performance indicators including revenue, EBIT and cashflow, drive quarterly cashflow projections, rolling forecasts, estimates and budget preparation and analysis reports for reporting to senior management and directors, including underlying key assumptions/drivers and trend analysis.
You will review of the Group's monthly forecast submissions from various business units and provide insightful assessment on the forecast reasonableness, drive corporate deliverables for management reporting submissions from business units, work closely with finance team to support the business units on performance analysis and prepare parameters of key performance indicators for CEO & HODs for measurement and evaluation.
You assist in preparation of annual report, undertake finance-related projects on process improvements and automation as and when required, support financial reporting requirements, any ad hoc projects and support the Group CFO in any administrative and strategic tasks.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent) or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CA with minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably working experience from Big 4 and real estate industries.
