Job Description:
- Analyze the business requirements and map them to the SAP SD processes and functions.
- Configure and customize the SAP SD module according to the business needs and best practices.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing of the SAP SD module and related interfaces.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to the end users and the business teams on the SAP SD module.
- Identify and resolve the SAP SD issues and defects, and provide root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor and optimize the performance and efficiency of the SAP SD module and related processes.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP SD trends, developments, and innovations, and propose improvements and enhancements.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP SD consulting, configuration, and support.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the SAP SD module and its integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Proficient in SAP SD tools, techniques, and methodologies, such as LSMW, IDOC, BAPI, BADI, user exits, and enhancement points.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certification in SAP SD or related SAP modules is preferred but not mandatory.
