Job Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with system interfaces, including those between collection systems, accounting systems, banks, and other related systems (e.g., donation management, volunteer management, user access, and procurement systems).
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews of user access for accounting systems and bank portals.
- Prepare and submit reports for management review and approval.
- Manage and address an average of 25 helpdesk emails per day.
- Process asset capitalization, disposal, and transfers.
- Generate fixed assets reports.
- Perform asset counts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in IT systems, finance, or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of FRS and SB FRS.
- Experience with Workday accounting system is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
