This role involves overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals. Job Title: General Manager
Responsibilities:
· Overseeing operations to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the company, managing all aspects efficiently.
· Developing and executing business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
· Analyzing market trends and adjust business strategies to maintain competitiveness.
· Leading the marketing and sales directors, be responsible for the company's overall product planning, market development, brand building and make Singapore office becoming the Asian regional sales centre.
· Leading the procurement directors, actively exploring the international supplier channels in Southeast Asia, and actively building up and managing the group’s international supply chain integration.
· Leading the chief financial officer to build the company into the global financial settlement centre of the Group, and to ensure the efficiency and effectives of the group's funds management.
· Leading the investment directors to commit and to building the company into an investment centre of the group. Actively seeking and investing in projects with growth potential and align with the group’s long terms goals.
Requirements:
· Experience: Currently serving as a General Manager or CEO with extensive experience in global trading of goods companies.
· Stability: Demonstrated career stability without frequent job changes.
· Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
