Alpha Singapore is looking for an Events Coordinator who will be responsible to plan and organise events in accordance with our mission and our value of hospitality in Alpha.
Responsibilities:
● Work with Project Lead to achieve event goals by understanding event requirements and managing its operations
● Plan and manage event timeline, progress meetings and all event deliverables
● Ensure spending is within budget and consolidate event financial report
● Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues
● Conduct briefing for event helpers and volunteers, and prepare tokens of appreciation

● A heart to serve and equip churches to share the Gospel
● A strong team player who is flexible and able to work around tight timelines
● Excellent organizational, communication, negotiating, and multitasking skills
● Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset
Requirements:
● Diploma, Degree or equivalent professional qualifications in hospitality or events management
● At least two years of experience in events coordination
● Candidates with exposure to charities and non-profit organisations will have an advantage
