Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier technical support and quality information to car manufacturers, distributors, and Service Dealers (SD) to drive continuous product quality improvement.
- Support the establishment and management of SD network expansion in DIAS responsible territories, ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers.
- Conduct engaging onsite and virtual technical trainings and audits to SD, guaranteeing that repair capabilities meet and exceed DENSO standards.
- Maintain and ensure the operational readiness of all DENSO repair equipment and diagnostic tools, enabling efficient service delivery.
- Offer ad-hoc support to automotive sales and related departments, contributing to the overall success of our automotive business.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Automotive, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on technical experience in the automotive industry, showcasing your expertise and dedication.
- Proven experience in conducting both theory and practical trainings, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Preferably, previous experience in the automotive aftermarket and dealership management segment, demonstrating your familiarity with industry best practices.
- Solid technical knowledge in the automotive industry, enabling you to excel in your role.
- Strong project management and communication skills, essential for collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), facilitating seamless documentation and presentation.
