Responsibilities are:
- Developing unique and Bangladeshi cuisine -approprate menus.
- Ability to produce excellent high-quality food.
- Collaborationg with the Restaurant Manager to set item prices.
- Staying current on developing trends in the restaurant industry.
- Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations.
- Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies and food .
- Training and supervise all kitchen staffs.
- High level of attention to details.
- Team leader qualities.
- Available to work on call , shifts,afterhours,over weekends & on holidays.
