Position Overview:
As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, design, and execution of our clean energy, decarbonization and sustainability projects. This position demands a hands-on approach to ensure technical requirements and project deliverables are met effectively and efficiently. Depending on the type of project, you will either report directly to Chief Engineer and/or Project Manager, supporting both the technical and operational aspects of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Assist in the design and implementation of project plans to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the Chief Engineer, Project Manager, researchers and other team members to ensure smooth project progress, addressing and resolving technical challenges as they arise.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates on project status to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven technical expertise in engineering, particularly within energy-related or chemical-related projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to present and explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Passionate about clean energy technologies, willing to learn and motivated to improve one’s knowledge and skills.
- Language ability: Proficient in English. Ability to communicate verbally in Chinese is preferred.
Reporting and Analysis:
· Prepare regular reports to Chief Engineer or Project Manager on the status of the project.
· Work with stakeholders to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Salary Range: SGD 5000 - 6,500 Monthly
