This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate to take on administrative and support function in HR and in the front office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR administration support handling duties such as processing of HR POs and invoices, getting quotations
- Assist to monitor budget
- Handle operational duties eg Sourcing for gifts, preparing LSA
- Organize and coordinate and provide support for events and initiatives
- Work closely across teams and entities
- Handle other administrative and support tasks
- Take on front office receptionist duties which includes:
- Monitoring visitor logs, greeting and assisting guests
- Receiving and managing incoming and outgoing packages and mails
- Maintaining office supplies etc
Requirements:
- Possess basic experience in HR
- Possess strong experience in liaison and coordination
- Detail oriented and well-organized
- Able to work well independently and in a team
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Min. Diploma in any discipline
