This role supports the local Singapore Comp & Benefits team on tasks/activities. The incumbent will support the Senior Manager & C&B Exec in related Comp & Benefits and Finance related activities.
This role is responsible for and not limited to:-
• Preparing, actioning on C&B operational related activities.
• Handling/supporting annual salary increases, bonuses review cycles/process.
• Handling/supporting harmonization projects and cost simulations.
• Consolidating and submitting data for salary surveys, benefits data & government related surveys
• Consolidating and submitting data to vendors, suppliers, as required.
• Maintaining and ensuring HR policies are updated
• Maintaining benefits contracts, tracking renewals and data submissions to vendors.
• Handling and processing all related purchase orders, invoices and re-charging activities/documentation.
• Raising IDMP (internal decision-making process) document, monitoring and tracking them, ensuring that IDMP is raised for all vendor service renewal
• Gathering information/data and simulating manpower costing and resource planning
• Preparing and processing finance related activities, including budgeting, accrual, and re-charging and reconciliation activities and the processes.
• Liaising and working alongside with Finance teams on budget, re-plan, accruals and re-charging activities.
• Working with HRSSO team on payroll validation and ensuring payroll is accurate.
• Partnering and support HRBPs in C&B and finance related activities.
• Administrating C&B and other HR related activities, as needed.
