· Oversee administration, maintenance, and support of SAP environment.
· Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems and components.
· Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
· Manage SAP HANA database administration and maintenance.
· Administer SAP printer/output devices.
· Understand and create firewall rules as needed.
· Implement and support SAP security policies and procedures.
· Coordinate with IT teams for infrastructure support.
· Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
· Provide end-user support and training.
· Administer non-Netweaver SAP applications such as SAP Convergent Charging, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP BusinessObjects, and OpenText for SAP.
