THE ROLE:
We are a dynamic analytic team seeking a talented individual to join our Business Intelligence Team. As a Business Intelligence Support Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance and support for our BI tools and platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional support for end-users, promptly resolving system issues.
- Troubleshoot business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reports to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of BI systems, taking proactive steps to address issues.
- Contribute to project documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Develop visually compelling reports and dashboards to enhance product offerings.
- Collaborate in system testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL and Python programming languages.
- Proven experience in supporting business intelligence tools, specifically Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Familiarity with business analysis concepts and methodologies.
- Knowledge of database systems, Load Extract Transform, and Data Warehousing concepts.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in related BI tooling and/or the semiconductor industry are a plus
