Position Summary
This position is responsible for the preparation of operations documents, timely updates WMS and
provide support in general logistics administrative functions.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
• Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the
• movement of warehouse cargo
• Liaison with trucking contractors for local deliveries
• Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and
• expenses.
• Coordinate with operations personnel to ensure readiness of cargo for deliveries.
• Update WMS on Cargo Status.
• Liaise with customers for all matters pertaining to shipments and deliveries
• Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.
Qualifications Summary
Experience:
This position requires minimum 1 year relevant experience in logistics industry.
Education:
Minimum 'O' level
Skills:
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
