This position is a unique opportunity for a Verticurl team member to serve as a trusted consultant to our clients and partners by ensuring they achieve success.


Customer and Partner Success

  • Accountable for growth of key accounts. Drive and manage client relationships. Develop success plans for clients that outline their critical success factors and provide recommendations on CX best practices.
  • Collect client briefs and requirements for new projects and oversee internal delivery teams to ensure quality standards and client satisfaction are met.
  • Manage the prospects from the lead stage to the opportunities stage to deal closure. Regularly monitor customers for potential additional revenue opportunities.
  • Perform sales presentations
  • Proposal preparation of non-technical areas & coordination
  • Drive and coordinate contract negotiations
  • Relevant sales-related activities
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners and marketing leaders to provide strategic advice on channel expansion, optimization, and business growth
  • Optimizing opportunities through proactive planning and the execution of sales plans and strategies which ultimately stimulate demand.
  • Support Sales for APAC market expansion initiatives
  • Work with regional heads of the Client service team, MarTech functional team and regional sales to provide recommendations for clients. Successfully driving the execution of these marketing programs in the country.

Project Management

  • Help oversee project plans with the delivery team, monitor task completion, and achieve project milestones
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project scopes and affectively apply Verticurl’s project methodology
  • Prepare for customer engagement reviews on project status and follow quality assurance procedures
  • Lead marketing insights projects by analyzing client channel strategy, data and performance and effectively communicating findings
  • Help clients identify the right marketing key performance indicators, highlight areas of improvement, and influence strategy
  • Act as a subject matter expert and drive the adoption of client’s investment in their CX platform. Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews to share marketing insight and industry best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or any related field
  • This role is based in Singapore
  • At least 8 years working experience
  • Having an understanding of various marketing technology platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to apply creative and analytical thinking and provide solutions in an always dynamic work environment.
  • Must be able to work independently and function as a strong team player in a multi-cultural and multi-agency environment.
  • Pro-active, resourceful, detail-oriented and capable of handling a high volume of work.
  • Results-oriented and a strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude is a must and a desire to grow within an emerging organization.

Opportunity is located in Singapore, therefore candidates who are eligible to work in Singapore are preferred.
