Job Responsibilities
1. Purchasing Service: Purchase goods according to customer requirements, ensuring quality and quantity meet expectations.
2. Agency Service: Assist customers with tasks such as bill payments, queuing, and obtaining certificates, ensuring tasks are completed and meet customer requirements.
3. Errand Service: Deliver specified items or documents to customers quickly and safely, ensuring safety during transit.
4. Customer Communication: Maintain good communication with customers, promptly report task progress, and handle complaints and suggestions.
5. Time Management: Manage time effectively to complete tasks within the specified timeframe, improving work efficiency.
6. Other Duties: Perform other temporary tasks as needed, maintaining the company's reputation.
Job Requirements
1. Must have a smartphone with GPS functionality.
2. Preference for candidates with a car, electric bike, or motorcycle.
3. Good customer service awareness.
4. Preference for candidates with experience in courier, errand running, flower delivery, or food delivery services.
5. Must carry a document bag that can hold A4-sized papers while working, and bring it to the interview.
Full-time
3000 SGD basic salary + commission + transport benefits
Priority given to Singapore citizens, PR, and LTVP+ holders
Work hours: 44 hours per week, no fixed work location
Part-time
12 SGD per order + transport benefits
