Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage Murex/Capital Market projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
· Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them.
· Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
· Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.
· Oversee project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change logs.
· Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
· Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 9-10 years of experience , with the last 4-5 years in PM positions.
· Experience with Murex/MX.3 or financial software upgrades is a significant plus.
· Strong understanding of capital markets and financial products.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Proven track record of successful project delivery in a complex, dynamic environment.
· Knowledge of SDLC and STLC process would be advantage.
